A: While we always encourage sellers to create a business for sale listing that is as complete as possible, a business owner is entitled to only advertise what he/she is comfortable with. We would encourage you to use the contact form to get in touch with us and we will request the business owner for further information.

Q: How Can I Remember Businesses I Liked For Later?

A: Please click on the heart icon so you can go back to it at any time on your dashboard under "Favorite Listings".

Q: How Do I Get Further Information On A Business Or Contact The Seller?

A: To get detailed information on a business for sale listed on our site feel free to contact us directly using the contact form provided with each listing. Once you contact us, it is possible that we may want to know more about you before we disclose any financial or other information about the business. We may also insist that you sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) to ensure the business information remains confidential.

Q: I Have Forgotten My Password!

A: Please click on the “Login” button. On the login page, below the username/password fields you will see a “forgot your password?” link. Please click on the link to arrive at a page where you can enter your e-mail address. Once you have entered your e-mail address, you’ll receive an e-mail to reset your password.

Q: How Can I Improve My Listing To Attract More Buyers?

A: You can log in at any time to your account and update your listing. We always recommend that you provide a listing that is as detailed as possible while preserving your confidentiality until you are sure you would like to communicate with a prospective buyer. Three ways in which you can attract more buyers is buy having your listing featured (your listing will appears as a featured listing on our home page), having your company validated (we can validate all the information provided in your listing against supporting documents you provide to us), having your company valuated (we will assist in the valuation of your company to determine the average price of your company based on several variables).

Q: What Am I Charged For Posting A Business Or Investment For Sale Listing?

A: All listings can be posted free of charge however please note that you have the option to have your listing featured for a period of time. You will also have the option to have your listing validated and valuated. Your options are provided to you when creating a listing. Please note that the package you choose will determine the visibility and attract more buyers.

Q: How Do I Keep Myself Anonymous While Posting A Listing?

A: We understand that selling a business must allow for complete discretion when required. Please note that when creating a listing, there are certain fields that are not disclosed in a business for sale listing. You also do not need to disclose specifics on your business such as its exact location, website or phone number. Initial and all communication from the prospective buyer is handled through SYB.ae

Q: I Already Have An Account. How Do I Amend My Contact Information?

A: Please login to the SYB.ae website with your existing username and password. You can then click the “ Account” button on the left of the page and change / edit your information.
